Eligibility: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, Minnesota, New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Steven’s Truck Power (“Sponsor”), Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
Sponsor and Administrator: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Steven’s Truck Power, 615 W 900 S Fillmore, UT. 84631 (“Sponsor”) and administered by Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC, 1546 West 975 South, Layton, Utah 84041, United States (“Administrator”).
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry electronically, entrant agrees that such submission constitutes a legally binding signature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 05/29/2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on 08/15/2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted and shall be void. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Methods of Entry: There are three (3) methods of entry into the Sweepstakes. First, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing qualifying products through stevenstruckpower.com. during the Sweepstakes Period; however, any transaction that is declined, reversed, or refunded will not qualify for entries. Second, individuals may enter by submitting their email address and completing a confirmed double opt-in subscription to the Steven’s Truck Power newsletter; submissions that do not complete the double opt-in process will not qualify. Third, individuals may enter without making a purchase by utilizing the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”), which allows for daily entry via stevenstruckpower.com/amoe . The AMOE provides equivalent entry opportunities and does not disadvantage entrants who choose not to make a purchase.
All entries must be received by 08/01/2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Regardless of method of entry, there is a maximum limit of one hundred thousand (100,000) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or generated by automated means are void. Standard internet access and usage charges may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries or for any technical failures that may interfere with participation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions, compromises the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Conditions: Under the AMOE, participants may enter once per day by submitting their information through the designated entry form. Duplicate submissions within any twenty-four (24) hour period are prohibited and may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate; submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification. AMOE entries are recorded and maintained by a third-party system operated by Game of Chance Registrations and will not appear in any participant-facing tracking system. Any abuse, manipulation, or attempted circumvention of the AMOE system will result in immediate disqualification.
Winner Selection and Odds: On or about 08/16/2026 , Ten (10) finalists will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and from those finalists, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. The drawing may be conducted or announced via the Sponsor’s website or social media channels. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winner Notification and Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or FaceTime using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond within ten (10) business days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and may disqualify any individual if, in its sole discretion, awarding the prize to such individual could reflect negatively on the Sponsor. Sponsor may require each potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification.
Prize Description and Conditions: The grand prize consists of a Cummins/CAT Engine End Frame Overhaul, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20,000 . The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except as expressly provided herein. The winner may elect to receive a cash alternative equal to one-third (1/3) of the stated ARV of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize, and taxes shall be based on the ARV regardless of whether the cash alternative is selected. The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with title, license, registration, insurance, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the vehicle and equipment. The prize must be picked up at a location designated by the Sponsor unless otherwise agreed in writing, and must be claimed and accepted on or before 09/30/2026, or it may be forfeited. All non-monetary components of the prize are awarded “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer at the time of retail sale.
Travel Conditions (If Applicable): To the extent the prize includes travel, all travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from any departure location and for all expenses not expressly included, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, and incidental expenses. Valid government-issued identification is required, and failure to comply with travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the applicable portion of the prize.
Privacy: By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by the Sponsor and its authorized agents for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available atstevenstruckpower.com.
Release and Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of his or her name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Official Rules contain provisions that govern how disputes will be resolved, including mandatory arbitration, a waiver of class action rights, and limitations on damages. By participating, entrants agree to these provisions.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall first be submitted in writing (a “Demand”) to Steven’s Truck Power, 615 W 900 S Fillmore, UT. 84631 , Attention: Legal Department. No legal action may be initiated until ten (10) business days after submission of the Demand.
If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Utah. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all claims shall be brought in an individual capacity only and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Under no circumstances shall any entrant be entitled to recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and all damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Governing Law and Severability: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Winners List and Miscellaneous: The name of the winner will be announced on or about 08/02/2026, or after verification, via the Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prize. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Meta Platforms, Inc., and any manufacturers of prize components are not sponsors or participants in this Sweepstakes.
